Welcome to 2019!
A new year always motivates us to set goals, make new year resolutions, try to get healthier, or just continue working on what was already started in prior years. That's pretty much what is happening here at Gardener's Orchard.
We started many projects in 2018. We hope to finish or continue experimenting on what we began.
The bakery is continuously working on orders to nothing has really changed on that end.
The first order of business for 2019 was actually a new batch of cider. We decided to record part of the process and you'll find that in video below. Also in the video is a list of what we are working on this new year.
Farmer Dre will continue with his tomatoes, working on high tunnels, and high density tree planting while Val is planting over 1000 plants of blackberries. Adrian (aka Apple Farmer Drian on his social media) is busy pruning the trees and he is also the camera person and photographer here on the farm. Baker Aurora and the girls are still baking while Radu is working on the apple cider vinegar and gourmet popcorn.
See the video below for the first farm update for 2019.

For special occasions Aurora’s cake pops are my “go-to”, they are delicious! Thanks for your hard work, you all are appreciated!
I really enjoy your videos. I am still drinking your Apple Cider and I have 2 of my Strawberry Cream Cheese Danishes left. Thanks for all your hard work to bring the best to your customers.
