We are building a New Wood Stove

As the Farmer Dre's Tomato plants are growing so fast we have been trying to figure out how to keep the high tunnel warm. Propane heating is too expensive and to buy a fancy boiler wood stove is also too much money so we got thinking.

We recently built a saw dust wood stove for the green house and were thinking of making a larger version of that, but the loading of the saw dust in a larger barrel would have been too heavy.

So we decided on designing and building a new wood stove out of an old 500 Gal propane tank. To keep capture as much heat as possible we decided to  add a secondary tank (an old compressor air tank). The smoke would come up from the larger burning chamber into the smaller chamber to capture the heat from the fire and then go out the chimney.
